Certified Adviser
We are an approved Certified Adviser on Nasdaq First North Copenhagen. Our job is to keep you inside the rules without slowing you down: reviewing announcements before they reach the market, answering the questions that come up between reports, and carrying the formal line to the exchange on your behalf.
Your ongoing obligations on First North, explained before they become problems. Two rule sets apply to you at once, the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Rulebook and the Market Abuse Regulation, and we work from both rather than one at a time.
We review and approve company announcements before they reach the market. That covers financial reports, managers’ transactions and share buybacks, as well as anything that may qualify as inside information under MAR.
Preparation and documentation when you list, change your share capital or restructure. We handle the exchange side of capital increases, warrant incentive programmes and prospectus questions as they arise.
A route to the exchange, and to us, when something needs answering quickly. If you are unsure whether something counts as inside information, the call comes first and the decision follows.
The Adviser Portal is the working reference we keep for the companies we act as Certified Adviser for. It lives on its own subdomain, behind an access code.
