OrderYOYO reported its 2021 financials and SaaS numbers in March 2022 which was the first published annual report after its IPO in July 2021. Numbers were in line with the downgraded numbers from November 2021 following tough market conditions in the United Kingdom. In 2022, OrderYOYO guides an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of DKK 140-170 million (17-42% growth) and net revenue of DKK 120-135 million (11-24% growth). To actively participate and engage in consolidations as opportunities arise, OrderYOYO has also completed a private placement of approx. DKK 40 million in gross proceeds, combined with an additional long-term loan facility of DKK 40 million with Vækstfonden.
